You aren't alone. You can call the office to organise a visit or phone call with a parent. Also contact the DSAQ office for a copy of the full New Parent Kit. The New Parent booklet is available below.
If you want information DSAQ has a library full of up-to-date resources that members can borrow - this includes DVDs for those of us who are more visual learners. New parents now automatically receive free membership for the first 12 months.
