State Government Intellectual Disability Services - FECS
Your local Intellectual Disability Services office can offer you lots of support and assistance. Most regions have an Early Childhood Team and will visit you at home. Members of the team usually include physiotherapists, occupational therapists, teachers, social workers, psychologists, etc. They can provide individual programmes either at home or in a group setting which are of benefit not only to your baby, but to yourselves as parents.
